Founded in 1904,Guangzhou Red Cross Hospitalis a historic public tertiary Grade A general hospital and an affiliate of Jinan University. The new Baiyun branch (Guangzhou Emergency Hospital), currently under construction, will span 143,000 square meters and provide 1,000 beds (expandable to 1,500), expected to open by late 2028.This facility will serve as a modern emergency medical hub, enhancing healthcare services in northern Guangzhou.
