Established in 1942, Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital (GMCH) is a leading tertiary A-grade public hospital under the Gansu Health Commission.It has evolved from a midwifery training school into a comprehensive healthcare institution specializing in women’s and children's medical services, scientific research, and education.


The hospital operates two campuses: Qilihe and Anning (Gansu Central Hospital), with a total construction area exceeding 500,000 m² and 4,500 approved beds.It is equipped with advanced facilities, including 4D ultrasound, digital X-ray machines, laparoscopic systems, and neonatal intensive care units.Key departments include the Reproductive Medicine Center, Prenatal Diagnosis Center, and Neonatal Emergency Center.


To enhance operational efficiency, GMCH has adoptedEsseniotsintegrated clean-dirty logistics solution, featuring intelligent vertical conveyor logistics (104 stations), pneumatic tube systems (26 stations), andautomated waste-linen collection and conveyance system (84 waste chutes and 76 linen chutes), ensuring efficient material transport and waste management.
