Similar to a Pneumatic Tube System (PTS), the Automatic Waste and Linen System uses air pressure to transport materials—just on a larger scale.
Instead of small sample cartridges, it moves bags of trash or dirty laundry.
The process typically starts with a free-fall drop, after which a pneumatic system redirects the waste or laundry to its final destination (such as a waste container or laundry room).
Hospitals generate huge amounts of waste and soiled linens, making this system a major time- and labor-saver.
Beyond efficiency, it also improves hygiene by reducing contamination risks, infection hazards, and unpleasant odors.

The system consists of intelligent waste disposal stations, intelligent linen disposal stations, a pipeline network system, a central collection station, a control system, and other components.
Indoor Intelligent Waste Chute Door
Installed indoors for waste/garbage disposal, equipped with disposal guidance, a voice reminder system, a display screen of no less than 10 inches, an RFID card recognition system, and a safety lock release system.
Door Opening Mechanism
The disposal port features two unlocking methods: RFID and a safety lock device.
It supports identity recognition, usage time recording, and usage frequency data recording
● RFID Door Opening Method:
The RFID module installed on the operation panel. By swiping an RFID card, the system manages lock release permissions and records the card-swipe data.
After RFID authentication, the system automatically releases the electronic lock. Upon successful unlocking, the disposal port indicates the status.
● Safety Lock Device:
A mechanical safety lock is used to manage the opening and closing of the disposal port.
Provide inspection reports issued by municipal or higher-level market regulatory authorities' testing institutions with CMA or CNAS accreditation, along with proof of installation in hospitals (including hospital name, contact person, and phone number).
Display System
Equipped with a display screen of no less than 10 inches, enabling waste classification education, real-time monitoring of the disposal station's operational status, and display of current waste types. It also provides voice announcements to guide users in correct waste disposal.
Remote Alert Function
The system features voice alarms and SMS notifications. If the disposal port remains open beyond a set time, an automatic voice reminder is triggered, and an alert SMS is sent to maintenance personnel to prevent system malfunctions due to prolonged open doors.
